Founded by Marie-Lou and Andres Alemany with a vision of serving cuisine from all corners of the Spanish peninsula, using the finest Spanish and British ingredients, prepared with love, cooked with passion and served with confidence.

Made from the meat of free ranging iberico pigs, fed on natural grasses and cereals, with the addition of some acorns produces delicious meat. The aromas of the ham are sweet and full, the flavour is intense but well balanced and it has a clean aftertaste.
